Fada U-turn Passes On After Long battle With Illness

Nigerian foremost dancehall and afro pop artist Olufemi Mayomi better known as Fada U-turn is dead.
Fada U- turn best known for his 90's hit song 'Yetunde' passed on yesterday 17 November, 2013 at a hospital in Lagos, following a long battle with kidney related disease. 
Fada U-Turn was from Kabba-Bunu in Kogi State where he first tried his hands on entertainment, working as a radio and TV presenter.
He signed a recording contract with Ultima Records where he had Nelson Brown work on his first album which proved to be a huge success. The hits ‘African Culture‘ and ‘Shakara‘ threw him into national limelight.
He had worked with the likes of Daddy Showkey, Daddy Fresh and Pasuma who featured in the hit single “Yetunde”.
He was aged 36 and is survived by his wife, five children and  his sibli
