While she's been working hard filming the current season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians and has been busy with the family clothing line, perhaps Kim's biggest accomplishment was giving birth to her daughter North West in June.
Just a few short months after Kim and boyfriend Kanye West welcomed their little girl, the superstar duo began making public appearances again, where Kim showed off her fantastic post-baby body in a series of sexy outfits.
Most recently, she showed off a sexy Instagram pic of herself that left very little to the imagination.
Of course, spending time with her daughter Nori is probably the best birthday gift of all, Kim will be hosting a huge party in Las Vegas this Friday night.
Kanye will also be in the city, but since he has a concert scheduled the same night, we're not sure whether or not he'll be able to attend the big bash.
Either way, we're sure Kanye has something very special planned for his other half and maybe he even helped little Nori pick out a gift for mommy, too!
